NC-2009 PIf3:Occupant and Usage Data

Proposed design modelling

Hi, Currently I'am working on a LEED Core & Shell mixed development project, and I have an issue on develop model regarding HVAC design. We have not received the HVAC&R design drawing in office and retails area as the design and installation of the systems are conducted by the tenants. So what is the procedure on submission at design phase?

Sivarajah: This comment would be better served in the EAp2 forum for LEED Core and Shell, the LEEDusers there may have additional points of reference. However, to answer your question, the LEED Reference Guide states: "In Core and Shell buildings, not all components addressed by ASHRAE 90.1-2007 may be designed or defined. For these types of projects, show compliance for the scope of work that is controlled by the core and shell project team."
