"Recycling rates applied to a project's waste generation must be the weighted average for the facility over the time in which the project sent materials to the facility." Does this mean that projects pursuing this pilot credit have to use the facility recycling rates for both this pilot credit and MRc2? If so, this is overly restrictive. I'm sure the intent here is that WHEN project teams use the facility recycling rate for MRc2 that it must be the weighted average during the appropriate time. We'll be submitting for this pilot credit with the explanation that we used project-specific diversion reports from the certified facility.
