Cx - Warranty Review After Building is Sold

We completed fundamental and enhanced Cx for a building in August of 2016 (with the exception of 10 month warranty review). After the building was complete the developer (who held our contract) sold the building and a new owner & O&M staff has moved in. My question is does LEED require the obligations for warranty review transfer to a new owner? Thank you!

Yes, I feel that the obligation for LEED certification would transfer to the new owner. Also, I would think that the new owner would want that anyway as the certification was part of the purchase value.
