All energy modeling software can produce the output needed for this credit. Some are better at this kind of early stage design modeling than others. In eQUEST there are wizard modes that are particularly effect for this kind of quick analysis. You literally could do this work in a couple of hours.

Thanks Marcus. I would also be interested to see if any of the REVIT Plugins used for Conceptual Analysts could be used. Or does it need to be the likes of IES, eQuest, Trane Trace , Energy Plus etc ?

There are no definitive requirements for the software used. If it can do a reasonable energy analysis it should be fine.
