Hi,
We are pursuing Case 3 Option 1 for a mixed-use building with more than 10% commercial area, and will have to demonstrate that the parking capacity meets but does not exceed minimum local zoning requirements. There is a portion of parking spaces that were provided but will not be used under any circumstance. Should these be counted in our total anyways?
Also, for the residential component there will be designated parking for vanpools. How do we determine how many designated spaces are required to meet the credit?
