NC-v4 WEp1:Outdoor water use reduction

Outdoor water use reduction LWR values

Hello everyone, I am currently filling in the documents for this particular credit and I get a negative value for LWR. I've read above about that fact that there probably is some issue with the spreadsheet, but I can't locate what is wrong. Any ideas?
