Hi, We are providing condenser water to the floors of a core and shell building for tenant installed heat pumps throughout. The advanced metering credit for core and shell says to install meters for future tenant spaces for "electricity, chilled water, etc". Would condenser water be part of the etc.? I haven't often seen metering on the condenser water loop, but occasionally

Sounds like an energy source which should be metered to me.
