NC-2009 SSc4.3:Alternative Transportation—Low-Emitting and Fuel-Efficient Vehicles

Hotel Occupancy

I've determined the occupancy for a hotel project we are working on based upon LEED interpretation 2706606. However, I'm hoping for clarification regarding whether or not any of these occupants should be included in the FTE calculation for a car share program. It just seems as though it would be silly to exclude. Thank you.

Jupiter: I was not able to locate LEED Interpretation 2706606, however the credit language is only referring to the FTE occupancy group and not other occupants (i.e. transients/residents) so it should only apply to that group. Will the other occupant groups have access to the vehicle sharing program? If so, it might be beneficial to provide more vehicles.
