Model Calibration - Margins for Error

For a new office building would it be acceptable to use these error margins for an M&V Report. - source ASHRAE Guideline 14-2002 "Typically, models are declared to be calibrated if they produce MBEs within ±10% and CV(RMSE)s within ±30% when using hourly data or 5% to 15% with monthly data".

Yes. They are often used in LEED M&V Plans.
