Demolished and rebuilt envelope

If the envelope is demolished and then rebuilt with the same shape does Table G3.1 part 5., baseline, point f apply? It states: "For existing building envelopes, the baseline building design shall reflect existing conditions prior to any revisions that are part of the scope of work being evaluated." Best Regards

No, it becomes new construction. It is no longer existing when it this torn down.
