CS-v4 WEc1:Outdoor water use reduction

the district that the project is located in has a municipality water line dedicated to irrigation and it is not potable water (recycled). Does that count as an alternative water sources? Thank you.

@Radwa, did you eventually take it into consideration. My current project in Paris, France has an opportunity to connect to non-potable water line for irrigation and toilets.
