1-Existing to Remain Parking Space, Reserved for ADA

Hello, We have a project that will designate the 1-existing parking space for ADA upon project completion. Is there an exemption for this scenario where we then do not have to designate preferred parking spaces for carpool/ vanpool? Thank You!

Hi Sara, I am not aware of one but this sounds like something that would be good to clarify with GBCI. Please report back with their response as I am sure it will help others too.
