Does LEED-2009 EBOM eliminate any requirements for shielding exterior lighting fixtures at the property line? The only reference I see regarding this issue is listed on Page 72 of the Reference Guide, under "Light Pollution Reduction Strategies." Does this mean that as long as all the exterior light fixtures 50 watts and over are partially shielded so that they do not emit light into the night sky, then this requirement is met?
