CS-2009 SSc8:Light Pollution Reduction

Exemplary Performance using v4 credit

Our project is substituting the LEED v4 light pollution reduction credit requirements for the v3 requirements. Are we still eligible for exemplary performance for the v3 requirements? Is there an alternate exemplary performance path for interior lighting since the v4 credit does not address this? Thank you.
