CS-2009 SSc8:Light Pollution Reduction

Sky glow calculation

The definition of sky glow in LEED is including the reflected light that enters the atmosphere. But in our lighting model (DiaLUX), the reflected light is not considered into the sky glow calculation. Can anyone suggest how to calculate the sky glow correctly?
