Hallo Bill, The Reference Guide mentions "Software is also available that will calculate the BUG rating using the IES file for the luminaire." Would you please share with us what software the guide is referring to? Hopefully it will be free. The luminaires installed in my project do not meet the requirements. I was thinking about installing a metal-sheet on the luminaires to meet the backlight, uplight and glare requirements and having my design calculated by the software. Will it be posible? Thanks! PS: I am so glad that someone assigned numbers to the credits in v4!
