sum of mean lamp lumens

Light Pollution Reduction In this section of credit how i identify the mean lamp lumens. because the specification sheet of normally the lumens is mention. for ex. if i have fixture of 10 watt LED of 7 nos. having lumens is 2300 then what is the sum of mean lamp lumens and does i qualify for this credit.
