Hi, The “ASHRAE 90.1.2007 with Addenda i” indicate that some lighting applications can be excluded : “Exceptions to 9.4.5:Lighting used for the following exterior applications is exempt when equipped with a control device that complies with the requirements of Section 9.4.1.3 and is independent of the control of the nonexempt lighting: a specialized signal [...] f. temporary lighting, ...” I have two questions : 1. Are those exceptions just for the LPD calculation or for the illuminance calculation also ? 2. Can we consider that lighting only used for the maintenance of the roof, with an independent control device, is a temporary lighting and can be exclude from calculation ? Thanks for your help
