NC-2009 SSc8:Light Pollution Reduction

Exterior Lighting shutoff

Has anybody been successful in meeting the exterior lighting requirements by using an automatic shutoff control, at say 10PM? I assume this alone is not acceptable. The project must still meet the tresspass and cutoff requirements.
