NC-2009 SSc8:Light Pollution Reduction

Interior lighting requirements for HC project are exempt too?

In the Bird's Eye View section of this credit, one of the FAQs stated: Are hospitals exempt from interior lighting requirements? Yes. Does this mean if we are doing a HC project, the interior lighting requirements are exempt?
