NC-2009 SSc8:Light Pollution Reduction

Lighting power of roof garden.

Hi, Our project has a roof garden and we are calculating the LPD for building exteriors. If there are some luminaires in the roof garden, how do we define the LPD for roof garden? Is it comprised in the building facades? Any help and suggestion will be appreciated.

NC-2009 references ASHRAE 90.1-2007.  Landscaped area's don't have a LPD allowance in this version.

If there are patios or walkways on the roof I'd count those per ASHRAE.  I don't see a way to count the vegetated areas in this version.
