NC-2009 SSc8:Light Pollution Reduction

Existing Site Lighting Fixtures

I am currently working on a project where we are renovating the interior of a building. The building has a parking lot associated with it and we are not replacing the existing fixtures in the parking lot. Do I need to include the existing fixtures in the exterior lighting calculation since we are not replacing them?
