Can compliance with the following requirement also be documented by proving (through interior lighting contour drawings) that less than 10% or the initial fixture lumens will be transmitted through the glazing due to design and placement of fixtures? (Option 2: All openings in the envelope (translucent or transparent with a direct line of sight to any nonemergency luminaires must have shielding (controlled/closed by automatic device for a resultant transmittance of less than 10% between 11 pm and 5 am).)
