Is Athena Impact Estimator databses is recommende for South Asia

I want to know whether LEED is accepting the results of whole building LCA conducted by using Athena Impact Estimator for a Building in Sri Lanka.(Since it is only for North America) Or else what are the recommended databases and software which are geographically cover south Asian region?

i have the same question. We are making an LCA for a project in Southeast Asia and hardly find any software supports with local database.
