I'm working on a lab TI. The project's work surfaces include both lab tables and typical office-style workstations. We'd like to meet the surface reflectance values for work surfaces & moveable partitions as one of our 4 strategies of Option 2, Lighting Quality. However, as a rule, the Owner uses black lab tops for chemical and stain resistance, and black will not comply. I'm thinking that we'd be ok pursuing a "Special Circumstances" for this scenario. Any thoughts? Thanks!
