Our building is mostly residential. Must we provide showers and changing rooms for the nonresidential portion?

Any chance an outdoor shower with curtained off changing area would qualify in a hot, arid climate?

I've never heard of one qualifying... you might need to convince the reviewers that outdoor showers are routinely used in your area as the only, primary shower in similar buildings, in all seasons and for all users. I'd be surprised - and impressed - if that was accepted.
