Dear All can any one suggest whether we can claim the Shuttle services provided by client in the LTc4 or LTc5 credits in LEED v4 NC Rating system Thanks & Regards sriram

Hi Sriram, I am not sure how a shuttle service would fit into either of the requirements for LTc4, can you clarify where you thought it may apply? For LTc5, there is no mention of shuttle services provided by the building as a means for earning the credit. I would suggest submitted a CIR with the project specific details to see if GBCI would allow it for your project. My guess is without special permission, the shuttle service would not be allowed, given there is no mention of building provided shuttle services in the credit language. I hope this helps!

Hi Sriram, LEED 2009 allowed the use of private shuttle buses in the achievement of SSc4.1: Alternative Transportation, Public Transportation Access if they connected to public transportation and operated during the most frequent commuting hours. Unfortunately, under LEED v4 LT credit Access to Quality Transit, it states that private shuttles cannot be used to comply with the credit requirements. Best wishes, Carolyn
