EBOM-v4 EQp3:Green cleaning policy

APPA audits in Europe

I'm working on a green cleaning policy for a hospitality project. I'm following the LEED template for v4 BO+M, and in section iv, subsection "Tracking plan for staffing and overall performance" it is required to conduct APPA audits. I've only found companies which do that in the US, so my question is: how do we apply APPA in Europe? Is there any documentation or equivalent standard? Thank you

Hi Ana, it's very common for building teams to complete the APPA audit instead of hiring an external company to conduct it. It sounds like this would be a good option for your project location.
