Do monitoring requirements also apply to spaces which only have exhaust requirements as per ASHRAE 62.1 - 2010 (e.g. toilets)? Thanks in advance!

Monitoring for fresh air is now a prerequisite rather than an option under this credit. I don't see anywhere in the language where they require monitoring for exhaust. Honestly it's a bit of a gray area. They didn't use to make you include toilet rooms in the ventilation calcs at all back in v3 but then they started cracking down on it.
