The requirement is to use 25% by cost, of the total value of permanently installed products in the project. I am assuming that this means .25 times the material cost of the project, which is that used in MR 4 - 7. Then it states that furniture can contribute as follows: Level 3 certified products contribute 40% of the total product cost. Does this mean that only 40% of the 25% can be furniture? Or does it mean that furniture can count up to 40% of the total material cost?
Also, it states the furniture requirement twice. The second time, it says that Level 3 can contribute 100% of the total product
cost. What does that mean? That if it's Level 3, each dollar counts as one dollar?
