We had one of 3 EP's denied during our final review. We actually had earned EP's in more than 3 credit categories, but the LEED Online platform would only allowed us to submit 3 ID credits for exemplary performance . My question is should we have to pay an Appeal fee to claim a 3rd EP point for a credit that has already been awarded, or should we simply request it be awarded by emailing GBCI?
