Dear Leeduser.com members, who could explain where exactly should the outdoor air delivery monitor should be located? Only at the outdoor intakes? Before the filter media or after the filter media?
It should measure only the outdoor air quantity and give it to a BMS system when the levels of air change from the design by 15%?
Thank you for clarifications.

The outside air monitor just needs to be before outside air is mixed with return air. Typically it is before the filters.
It should always give the CFM number to the BMS. Then program an alarm in the BMS when the air changes by 15% or more.
