Final Report

There is no template or list. Typically a final report would have an executive summary, the action items (both in design and construction) with resolution, test forms and results, commissioning plan, OPR, BOD, list of all commissioning participants, and any outstanding testing that will require seasonal testing. With so much of the value of envelope commissioning resting on the peer review and submittal review, that part of the report will be extensive. Submittal reviews may be graphic markups, so would be included in large format. Envelope work also tends to use off-site assembly testing or mock-up testing on-site. This can include long reports and lots of photos.
