Uses in project boundary?

Hi Eliot, Do the uses on Appendix 1 need to be within the district boundary? We have a number of uses that will be within the boundaries but there are already some uses around the project boundary that can be beneficial to us. Can we count them? Thanks

Sarah, yes, uses can be located outside the boundary if they meet the walk distance requirement. Eliot
