When listing non-energy star equipment we enter N/A in the Make or model column. This column is also used for Equivalent equipment as well, so the right had part of the form serves two purposes? Also: Once an Energy Star appliance is entered in the eligible side of the form, the number of pieces of equipment stay the same, it is not entered on the left side of the form, make sense?
