CS-2009 EAp2: Minimum Energy Performance
Hi,
I am James, eQuest beginner, and have a simple question.
I tried to ask eQuest people but no response so I upload question here.
I have E-series reports after running eQuest but the annual energy use baseline shows all zero both at site & at source.
I must miss something but couldn't figure it out.
Can anyone tell me what did I miss?
Any advice would be grateful.

A portion of our building envelope is historic. Can we exclude it from our model?

Our project has a diesel backup generator. Should we include it in our energy model?
Can SHGC be higher in the proposed than in the baseline model?

Hi James - There could be any number of reasons for this which is probably why you have not been getting any responses. Your question is too broad and general. Figure out as much as you can on your own and then ask more specific questions and you will likely get responses. It is hard to give someone basic training in a forum for specific questions.
Did you get some numbers yet?

I appreciate your response.
In fact, I find how to get percent savings from eQuest 3-65.
It can be obtained from File->Export File->LEED Results (CSV)...
Then, in the pop up window, click the "Export LEED Results".
This is what I am looking for.
I couldn't find this from the classic ES-C/D reports.
So that settles.
Sorry for confusing you.
