This project has about 4 public bus stops located within 1/4 mile of walking distance from project entrance. Various Government buses are plying through these bus stops making project accessible from every part of the city. I would like to know if this credit considers the patients coming for treatment or it is only for the staffs of the hospitals. I am considering Option 2: Bus Stop Proximity for the same.

Hi Ajay, The credit awards projects that locate in an area with existing public transportation. Since you have 4 public bus stops within 1/4 mile walking distance of your building, you meet the requirements (assuming they are served by at least two separate routes). There is not a requirement to meet additional criteria specifically for patients and/or staff.
