diverse uses

our project is a big shopping center with almost all the diverse uses (such as restaurant,bank,etc.) can that help us get the credit without calculating the surrounding diverse uses?

Hi Sepideh, That would depend on which options within the credit you are pursuing. For option 1, surrounding density, no the shopping center will not help you achieve these points without calculating the surrounding density. For option 2, diverse uses, yes the stores within the shopping center will be able to contribute towards the diverse uses. Ensure the shopping center has the correct type and number of diverse uses in order to achieve the credit, or you may have to look at the uses surrounding the building as well. Hope this helps!
