Our project building is located in a campus and it is registered individually. Rainwater harvesting pond is located in the campus but it is outside the LEED Boundary. Is it possible to take advantage of it if it is available outside the LEED boundary?

A little more information would be helpful. Is the project registered as part of the LEED Campus Program? Is the RWH pond adjacent to the project LPB such that one might reasonably assume that site rainwater would be naturally directed there? Is the pond existing or is it being created as part of your project scope? Additional guidance is available at http://www.usgbc.org/credits/mpr3
