Inconsistent Price Square Meters versus Square Feet

We're pursuing this pilot credit for an EBOM project and it looks like the stated price for financial support is inconsistent if your reporting site area in square meters ($0.5 /square meter) versus square feet ($0.05 / square foot). For our project, the site area 1,365 square meters or 14,693 square feet using a conversion factor of 10.7639 square feet per square meter. The resulting cost is $682.5 ($0.5 x 1365) when reporting with square meters or $734.64 ($0.05 x 14,693) when reporting with square feet. We're going to use the more conservative cost to be safe but if my calculations are right, this inconsistency should be corrected.
