We have a small project with a courtyard with an area pretty much doubling the building footprint which has a wall (concrete wall, not a fence) all along the peripheral yard. And part of wall is adjacent to sidewalks. My concern is whether the courtyard wall will fail to meet requirement 8. "On all other street frontages, no more than 40% or 50 feet (15 meters), whichever is less, of ground-level façades extending along the sidewalk are without doors or windows." Does anybody have a suggestion? Thanks.
