NC-2009 IEQc1:Outdoor Air Delivery Monitoring

PTAC Monitoring

In a mixed use building, the residential dwelling units are being provided outdoor air via PTAC systems (apartment size determines the number of PTAC units). However, I just wanted to clarify whether or not EACH PTAC unit would require an outdoor air flow monitor in order to achieve this credit? Thank you!

You need to monitor the airflow of any OA intake unless you are using a constant volume DOAS. In your case, I believe that you would need to monitor every one.
