Hello,
We are working on a project in an undeveloped industrial area. It is a group of three very large logistic buildings, with warehouses and offices. There are currently no bus or rail stops within the LEED required distance, but talks are underway with the local authority to locate 2 bus stops near to the entrance of the site.
The LEED Reference Guide mentions planned rail or subway stops but doesn't mention planned bus stops. Are these valid to comply with the requirements of this credit?
Thank you!

Hi David, there was a post about this under the NC SSc4.1 discussion forum. Here's what was posted from a reviewer: "Note that bus routes that are not existing may not contribute to this credit. The allowance for lines that are planned and funded to be counted toward this credit applies only to rail lines."
