We have a Student Housing Development Project in Cincinnati. We are seeking the exemplary Performance Credit for Alternative Transportation Public Transportation Access. We have bus rapid transit at 5 locations within a 1/4 mile radius. Our total service frequency per day is 138 transit rides. We need 200 to get this point. Is there another way of approaching this to meet this requirement (I.E., carpooling program, etc.)?
