As it is a CS project (office building), the owner is not responsible for hiring housekeeping staff for tenant spaces. There is no housekeeping storage room in the project. In this case, should housekeeping area be addressed? 1. Can I leave the housekeeping choice blank? 2. Must office CS project has housekeeping area? 3. If housekeeping should be addressed, can I address the case by adding rules in Tenant lease and/or sales agreement(like if tenant hire housekeeping, it should be outsourcing service which does not store any chemical in the building)?
