Compliance for Existing Site Features

I am working on a project where most of the site hardscape is existing. I'm looking for an opinion specifically on two of the requirements for this credit. 7. There are no sidewalks adjacent to the street within the project boundary. Does this mean that all driveways intersecting the project boundary must be 20 feet? Does this apply to existing driveways? Conversely, does the lack of sidewalks along a street mean that we meet this requirement because no sidewalks cross a driveway? 9. Trees must be provided between vehicle travel ways and sidewalks. Does a parking lot qualify as a vehicle travel way? Thanks!
