We have a mixed-use (residential, retail, office) project that wants to implement a vehicle sharing program for this credit. The following was included in the technical advice for SSc4.3 “… it does not appear that residents have been included in the calculations for this credit, as required.” The credit form only has a place for FTEs. I was going to request the form version be updated for this project, but even the newer versions of this form do not have anywhere to input resident numbers. Are we supposed to input a value that is equal to the FTEs plus the residents into the place where they are asking for an FTE number?
