Pilot-Credits IPpc88:LEED O+M Starter Kit

WELL credits and LEED Innovation points

Can a WELL credit be used as a LEED Innovation point in v4? If so, can the list shown in Appendix C, Table A2 of the WELL Building Standard v1 Reference Guide be used to show compliance with v4 Pest Management requirements to meet an Innovation point under LEED BD&C? Thanks

The pesticides listed in Table A2 would comply as they are 'least toxic' and have a low hazard rank per the referenced standard. That said, I do not believe that WELL Feature 10 will achieve a LEED Innovation credit since the IPM Plan of the O+M Starter Kit requires more than what is currently written within WELL Feature 10.
