NC-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance
Exception a. of G3.1.1 states: "Use additional system type(s) for non predominant conditions (i.e. residential/nonresidential …)". The building that I am modeling is mainly occupied by dormitories. How shall be considered service spaces, residential or nonresidential? Three examples: 1. how the corridors outside the rooms? 2. how the bar? 3. how the gatekeeper's room?
