Hello Does Epoxy floor go under Floor Coatings? It's hard to find epoxy with as low VOC-content as the requirement for floor coatings (100 g/l), tht's why I'm wondering.

Yes, I would agree: Excerpt from Rule 1113: 19)FLOOR COATINGS are opaque coatings that are formulated for or applied to flooring; including but not limited to decks and porches, and clear coatings formulated for or applied to concrete flooring, but do not include Industrial Maintenance Coatings. There are epoxy coatings that meet the standards and are of high quality. Try google-ing epoxy coating LEED.
